Leadership: Accountability Creates Speed
Clear ownership is what keeps work from drifting. Every important business issue needs a named owner, a defined next action, a deadline, and a review cadence. That is how renewals, A/R, route performance, staffing, service recovery, and customer issues move from conversation to execution.
Applied through weekly operating reviews, renewal ownership, A/R follow-up, and route-service accountability.

Operations: Empathy With Standards
Good leadership is not just pressure, and it is not just support. It is understanding what people are dealing with while still protecting the standard the business needs. I lead with context, direct communication, and follow-through so people know they are supported and also know what performance looks like.
Shows up in coaching, staffing coverage, service continuity, training, and manager-level follow-up.
03
Relationships: Relationships Protect Revenue
In a recurring service business, relationships are not soft. They are commercial infrastructure. Retention, renewals, account growth, escalation control, and customer trust depend on communication, responsiveness, and consistency. Customers stay when they believe the business will own the issue and fix the process behind it.
Supported 97%+ customer retention and renewal recovery from about 20% expired to about 3%.
04
Integrity: Bottlenecks Tell the Truth
When performance slips, the bottleneck usually shows where ownership, information, handoff, or timing broke down. My approach is to identify the constraint, separate symptoms from root causes, assign responsibility, and build a control rhythm around the fix so the same issue does not keep recycling.
Used in renewal control, route records, A/R cleanup, sales-service handoffs, and workflow control.
05
Growth: Growth Comes From Execution
Growth is not only sales activity. It is cleaner handoffs, stronger service, better pricing discipline, faster follow-up, trained employees, tighter operations, and customers who trust the business enough to expand. Sustainable growth comes from building the operating system behind the number.
Sales quota ran 100-120% of plan, profit performance ran 100-115% of goal, and a sales rep I coached later earned President's Club 3x.

Results: Values Build Durable Teams
I am family-oriented, and that shapes how I lead. I care about building teams people can depend on: clear standards, honest communication, accountability, and respect. Strong teams are built through trust, consistency, and the expectation that people do the right thing even when the work is difficult.
That foundation matters in facility renovations, staffing pressure, production constraints, customer escalation, and team development.
